バックアップ用のリポジトリを作るのであれば--bareではなく--mirrorというオプションをつけます。

$ git clone --mirror yamucha chaoz
```
git-pullをすると、chaozはbareリポジトリだから管理ファイルしか存在しないためにmergeができないよと怒られます。なのでここではgit-fetchをしないといけません。

trunk/tags/branches -> -s オプションで拾える
vendor -> 手動でconfig --addしてfetch
リモートブランチをローカルブランチへ変更する
